Affiliate Terms of Use

These terms («Agreement») govern the Win10cdkeys Affiliate Program («Program»). Win10cdkeys.com is operated by Albatech OÜ, registry code 17075054, Telliskivi tn 57, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia («we», «us»). By applying to the Program you («Affiliate») accept this Agreement.

1. Application and approval

Every application is reviewed manually. We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, without having to give a reason.

2. Commissions

• You earn 15% of the net value of each qualifying order. Net value means the amount actually paid by the customer, excluding VAT and other taxes, and after any discounts.
• An order qualifies when the customer arrives through your affiliate link or uses the coupon code assigned to you. Tracking uses a 30-day cookie, and the last affiliate referral before purchase gets the credit.
• Orders paid in currencies other than EUR are converted to EUR at the exchange rates set in our affiliate system. All commissions are calculated and paid in EUR.
• We may agree different rates or fixed fees with an individual Affiliate in writing. Such an agreement takes precedence over this section.
• You cannot earn commissions on your own purchases or on purchases made by people acting on your behalf.

3. Payments

• Commissions are paid once a month, by the 15th, for orders that are more than 30 days old and were not refunded, cancelled or charged back.
• If an order is refunded or charged back after the commission has been paid, we may deduct that commission from future payments.
• The minimum payout is €50. Balances below that amount roll over to the next month.
• Payments are made by PayPal or SEPA bank transfer.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. If you are acting as a business, you must provide an invoice on request.

4. Promotion rules

You must:

• Disclose the relationship. Clearly disclose that you earn a commission, in line with the advertising and consumer-protection laws of your country. On YouTube, this means enabling the «Includes paid promotion» label.
• Describe the products accurately. They are genuine OEM/retail digital licences, delivered by email.

You must not:

• Overclaim. Do not make claims such as «lifetime guarantee», or any other statement we have not approved. Do not imply that you are endorsed by Microsoft.
• Bid on our brand without permission. Do not bid on «win10cdkeys», «win10 cd keys», misspellings or any variation of them, in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or any other paid-search platform. Other pay-per-click advertising also requires our prior written permission.
• List us on coupon or cashback sites. Do not promote us on coupon, voucher, deal, cashback, rebate or loyalty sites. Do not offer to share your commission with buyers.
• Advertise a coupon you were not given. You may only advertise the coupon code assigned to you. Never suggest that other discounts exist.
• Use deceptive tracking. Do not use pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, cookie stuffing, or any other technique that sets the affiliate cookie without a real, intentional click by the user.
• Spam. No unsolicited email, mass messaging or comment spam.
• Promote on harmful sites. Do not promote us on sites with illegal, adult, hateful or misleading content.
• Misuse our name. Do not register domains or social accounts that contain our brand name, or use our name or logo in any other way than we allow.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you break this Agreement or we suspect fraud. In that case, commissions linked to the breach or fraud are forfeited. Either party may also end the Agreement at any time without cause. Legitimate commissions already earned will then be paid in the next payment cycle, provided they reach the minimum payout.

6. Personal data

We process the data you provide (name, email, payment details) only to run the Program and pay you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. You must comply with applicable data-protection and cookie laws on your own channels.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or for commissions lost because of tracking failures, outages or technical errors. Our total liability is limited to the commissions owed to you over the previous 12 months. You will indemnify us against claims, fines and costs arising from your breach of this Agreement or of applicable law.

8. Changes

We may change this Agreement and will notify you by email at least 15 days before the changes take effect. If you continue in the Program after that date, you accept the changes. If you do not accept them, you may leave the Program.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Tallinn, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

10. Electronic acceptance

Submitting the application form constitutes your electronic acceptance of this Agreement.
