Returns and Refunds Policy

Summary

For the safety of digital products, returns and refunds will NOT be allowed if the license has been received and the license has been used. The product can be returned within a maximum period of 14 days as long as it has not been used.

If there is an error with the license, a replacement will be sent whenever possible. In the event of an error in the license and not having stock for the replacement, a full refund of the order will be made as long as no more than 30 days have passed since the order was placed.
If 2 hours after making the payment and not having received the product.
If the purchased product is out of stock.
