If you pay by card, Google Pay or Apple Pay you will receive your licence immediately on screen and by email. If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive it as soon as the payment is confirmed. If 30 minutes have passed and you still have not received your licence, contact us.

Most of our licenses are permanent for both Windows and Office 2021 and 2019. Licenses that are not permanent will be displayed on each product indicating its duration or warranty.

From the moment you place the order, it is recommended that you enter the license and activate the product within 7 days.
After 30 days after purchase, a license replacement cannot be requested.

Windows Pro license is only compatible with Pro. In case you have Home you can upgrade to Pro for free by following these instructions.
