If payment is made with PayPal or card, you will receive the license immediately on the screen and by email. If the payment is by bizum it could take several minutes. If 30 minutes have passed and you still have not received your license, contact us.
Most of our licenses are permanent for both Windows and Office 2021 and 2019. Licenses that are not permanent will be displayed on each product indicating its duration or warranty.
From the moment you place the order, it is recommended that you enter the license and activate the product within 7 days.
After 30 days after purchase, a license replacement cannot be requested.

If you have some problem
Return and Replacement
Make sure you have the original software downloaded from the Microsoft website and do not have other versions or non-original programs downloaded, as they may cause compatibility errors.
Also check your license version, if you buy Windows 10 Pro you will only be able to activate that version. If you buy a “Phone Activation” license, make sure to click on phone activation.

In case you have the Home version of Windows and have purchased the Pro license, there is no problem. You can upgrade for free from Home to Pro by following these instructions.
“Phone Activation” licenses are activated by calling a Microsoft phone number and following the steps detailed in the installer. It can be quite a hassle and may take longer than expected to activate Office, so we recommend that you purchase a regular Office license to avoid these problems.
Office 365 does not work through licenses, we recommend that if you are going to install it on a Windows or Mac computer, you use Office 2021.
When you purchase Office 365 you will receive a Microsoft account already created, log in to office.com and follow the steps to change your password.
