Before you register
Who can register as a distributor?
Registered businesses and self-employed professionals who install, activate or manage Microsoft Windows and Office licences as part of their work: computer shops, technical support services, IT consultancies, MSPs and refurbishers.
How long does it take for the account to be verified?
Less than 24 working hours. We’ll check your tax details and let you know by email when the distributor rate is active on your account.
Is there a minimum order or a registration fee?
No. Registration is free and there is no minimum contract period. Discounts are applied automatically based on the quantity of each order.
Can I buy without VAT?
We are a company registered in Estonia, within the EU. If your company is based outside Estonia and has a valid intra-Community VAT number registered with VIES, the invoice will be issued on a reverse-charge basis, at 0 %. Estonian companies pay the applicable local VAT.
What guarantee do the licences come with?
30 days’ replacement guarantee in the event of an error. For Windows licences purchased as a reseller, the guarantee is extended to 3 months.
Which products can I licence?
Digital licences for Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office in their various editions. If you need a specific version or a large volume, please request it via the dashboard and we’ll confirm availability.
How does the distributor panel work?
When you log in, you’ll see your key inventory and its status, your order history, PDF invoices and a live chat with our team. You can buy batches and use them as and when you need them.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and bank transfer. For distributors with recurring orders, we can set up bespoke payment methods and terms.
What if a key causes activation problems?
Mark it as faulty via your dashboard. Our team will check it and, if it is faulty, will replace it within the warranty period without you having to raise a support ticket.
